For COUPLE memberships please fill out the form below.  Memberships purchased online will receive INSTANT ACCESS to member content.  

Both members will share login information.

We use PayPal to process payments (feel free to use your PayPal account OR checkout as a guest to use a credit card or debit card). 

To pay by check please fill out our membership application/renewal form and mail it to us with your payment.

**If you pay by check your membership will remain “pending” and you will not be allowed access to our member content until your payment has been fully processed (allow up to 14 days).
